RECAP Limited was formed in 2004, is based in West Yorkshire (UK) and is trading as Russell Educational Consultancy and Productions.
- For schools - we are able to provide support and challenge for almost all types of schools, including schools in challenging circumstances and those catering for a wide range of educational needs.
- For organisations - we are able to provide a wealth of educational expertise on a wide range of school improvement activities and the exploitation of ICT to support teaching and learning, quality assurance and educational management.
Our principal area of business activity is in the counties, metropolitan districts and unitary authorities within the Lancashire and Yorkshire region of the UK.

Our philosophy
As a small, dynamic company we always aim to "do good as we go ...". Personal service and an emphasis on quality outcomes are a high priority for us and we are keen to create and identify solutions that are relevant, sustainable and effective in school improvement.
With proven expertise in exploiting our "digital world" for the benefit of educational purposes, we can also provide bespoke solutions for creating and producing text, images, audio and video material to support teaching, learning and professional development.
One example of this is our own podcast directory for educators - where we list good quality educational podcasts produced by schools as well as podcasts suitable for use in different subject areas. We also search the Internet and list podcasts about the latest professional news and information of value to busy educational leaders and managers, teachers and parents/carers.
Making use of podcasting and other Web 2.0 technologies can enhance and enrich the learning environments and communities for children, young people and educational professionals alike. Our new e-Learning Blog: Anytime, Anywhre Learners explores some of the topical innovations and issues from an educational perspective.
