Unlike the podcast, this is not a weekly service but added to as and when news is produced. Most of the students (from age 9-12) have English as a second language. The first podcasting team consists of members of Y5, 6 and 7. They got together initially by being curious about making podcasts and now formed partnerships to make their own podcasts.

The students are reading books by New Zealand authors and presenting short reviews to inspire potential readers.
