Staff DevelopmentIntroduction The intention in this example is to create an example to show how the application of the Wiki format can be used to effectively foster a collaborative and dynamic approach to leading and managing professional development. This example is about using a Wiki-based approach to sharing information about professional matters amongst teachers, support staff and other teams involved in providing children's services within the school community. The different areas covered in this scenario includes professional updates and collaboration on assessment and information on individual targets, curriculum planning, personalised learning, topics on effective teaching and learning, educational resources and visits as well as activities that support the "Every Child Matters" agenda.
